Stir-Fried Green Beans

Stir-Fried Green Beans
1 lb Fresh or Frozen Green Beans 3 tsp Minced Garlic
3 Tbsp Olive Oil Kosher Salt and Pepper to taste

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add beans and garlic and stir until the beans turn bright green. Turn heat to low and continue cooking until crisp tender. Remove from heat and cover. Allow to sit or a few more minutes until done. Season with salt and pepper.
