3 Large Ripe Tomatoes | 1 Tbsp Vinegar |
1 Large Red Onion | 1 Tbsp Sugar |
1 Large Cucumber | 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil |
2 Tbsp Olive Oil | Salt and Pepper |
Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, basil, salt, and pepper to create a dressing. Roughly chop tomatoes, onion, and cucumbers. Pour dressing over vegetables and coat well. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
